ABOUT US

Our company specialises in the production of porchetta, cured meats, and other pork-based products.
We started as a simple workshop, but over time, we developed a high-quality artisanal production aimed at large-scale distribution, wholesalers, and small retailers.
We have always paid special attention to the selection of our foods: our meat is certified, and our spices are natural and free from chemical compounds.

THE PORCHETTA

Our story is in the flavour

Our flagship product is what is called the tronchetto di suino (pork meat roll), also known simply as porchetta.
We prepare it using the central part (loin) of carefully selected pigs.
Once deboned, the meat is seasoned with a variety of spices, including salt, garlic, rosemary and fennel. It is then rolled, carefully tied into a roll, and slow-roasted.
The result is a high-quality, exceptionally lean porchetta with a full-bodied flavour, ready to be enjoyed either hot or cold.

*coppiette are obtained from the finest part of the pig′s leg. The meat, cut by hand into thin strips, is seasoned, tied together in pairs and left to cure.

OUR TEAM

Our team includes experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of foodstuffs and various processing techniques, including salting, curing, smoking and preserving cured meats.
All of us hold HACCP management certification, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations and procedures.

OUR STORY

The business was founded in 2005 from the idea of a young butcher.
On a day in 1985, at just 11 years old, he was challenged by a local customer to make a small-sized porchetta. Anxious but determined, after several failed attempts, he decided to get himself a piglet and start developing his own recipe.
From 1985 to 2005, the porchetta was made only two or three times a year, exclusively for that one customer. Then, in 2005, came the idea to set up a small butcher′s workshop and expand production.
Through both challenges and successes, we have managed to build a real company that, thanks to our customers, deservedly continues to receive growing recognition.
To this day, our goal has remained the same: to keep growing, constantly improve and give our customers the best satisfaction.
